1. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Required: All orders must be paid in full before we commence work.

  • Partial Payments: If partial payments are made, we reserve the right to not offer refunds on these payments. Full payment must be completed to qualify for returns and refunds as outlined in Section 3.

2. Quality Assurance

  • Our Commitment: We strive to deliver the highest possible quality in every project we undertake.

  • Minor Variations: Due to the nature of our work, minor variations (within a few centimeters) in design placement may occur from item to item. We consider these slight differences as acceptable and part of the handmade process.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Significant Discrepancies: If the items you receive are significantly different from the approved sample and deemed unusable, you may return them to us for a full refund.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refund Condition: Refunds will only be issued once the items are returned in full, in the same condition they were received, and received by us.

  • Scope of Refunds: Refunds will only cover the cost of our printing and embroidery services, as well as any products purchased directly through us. We will not provide refunds for items supplied by customers for customization.

4. Standard Policies

  • Order Confirmation: We will include details of your order in your order invoice. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

  • Lead Times: We aim to complete orders within the estimated lead time provided at the time of order confirmation. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and we will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule.

  • Customization Approval: We will provide digital proofs for your approval before starting the production. Please ensure you review these proofs carefully. Any changes after approval may incur additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Please ensure that all details provided, including design files, shipping information, and contact details, are accurate and complete.

  • Timely Communication: Prompt responses to our queries and approvals are essential to ensure timely completion of your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability for Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delay in delivery.

  • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the order in question.
